In case of installation failure, upload to Azure Storage Account Merged

For environments that are Windows 10/11 Azure AD joined, or with devices that don't have connectivity to a network share, it would be great to be able to upload application installation failure logs to an Azure Storage Account instead of a UNC path. This approach would also work well for managed services or cloud-only environments that do not have access to a file server or are not typically managed by an in-house support team. Customers are moving away from on-premises file server, so the availability of a UNC path to copy log files to is reducing.
