Over time we see users install especially browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and other apps in user profile.
Make sure PMPC detects this and «move to managed» install. If not we see old unsecure unpatched software you dont see as applicable for updates.
I'm merging this request with an existing request, that is marked as shipped. We can now support user-based installations with ConfigMgr Apps, and Intune Apps and Updates. If you would like a specific piece of user based piece of software, kindly raise these as individual requests for each software (I recommend explicitly mentioning in the request you would like user-based support for the app) - this is better of visibility and tracking.
