We too would like this to be added to the catalog.
I managed to get it installed with the new installer with these Parameters:
/i /qb /nosplash /Log /LogFile "C:\ProgramData\PatchMyPCInstallLogs\DaVinci_Resolve_20.3.1_Windows.exe.log" /ComponentArgs "*":"/qn ALLUSERS=1 REBOOT=ReallySuppress
Blackmagic seem to have changed something for the installer. It happens to be only one .exe (DaVinci_Resolve_20.3.1_Windows.exe) inside a .zip (DaVinci_Resolve_20.3.1_Windows.zip) file now. Please reconsider implementing the application in your app catalog. Thanks.

and we would like to manage this with Patch My PC. Any update on adding this to the catalog as we are near the end of Q2 2025?

We are working on a complete rebuild of our catalog backend to support MSIX apps, ARM architecture, multi-file support, and more. Once we are able to support multiple file installers on our backend we can revisit this app. Estimated time of completion for rebuild is Q1/Q2 of 2025. Custom Apps is a possible workaround as we support multiple file installers there.

Does Patch my PC not bother with improving functionality?
Maybe I should rather move my business and all my clients to ManageEngine?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide support for Davinci Resolve at this time. The installation process for Davinci Resolve requires EXE file extraction (to run completely silent) and contains multiple files. As of now, our support is limited to single-file MSI and EXE installers.
