Subscription models / PayPerUse

The restriction of minimum client count is sometimes starting discussions within our small customers. It would be beneficial to have something like a model where payment is done automatically based on usage. Therefore the whole invoicing efforts are reduced. For example add a credit card or Paypal account instead of the Serial Number. Then raise the price according to the fees of the payment services for these subscriptions.
