Add commonly used properties or features to publisher drop down

There are common public properties or features that your customers may want to use, and it'd be neat if you added them as drop downs instead of having customers open the MSI or go through vendor KBs. For example, many customers may want to set the JAVA_HOME during the Microsoft OpenJDK installation, which can either be done through an MST or through adding ADDLOCAL=FeatureEnvironment,FeatureJarFileRunWith,FeatureJavaHome,FeatureMain to the command line. Another example is things that require license keys, such as SnagIt, so that customers didn't need to go look up the public property for the key.
