Allow “append version to application name” option to be overridden per application.

We would like “append version to application name” to be default for most Config Manager applications as it avoids duplicate application names in the console. However, we would like the ability to override this for certain circumstances when external systems reference applications by their name. For instance, logic in our build system calls Config Manager applications by name. We would like to have it always install the latest versions of the Microsoft OneDrive (x64) application. If PatchMyPC were to automatically update the application in place without modifying the name we could make a static reference to it in our build system without the need to constantly update it as new versions are published.
