Add KeyStore Explorer to the application list

Please add KeyStore Explorer to the supported applications list. It's an immensely helpful tool that, unfortunately, often doesn't get the update love and care it needs. It's also exactly the type of tool that would be great for a software supply chain attack, as it's used by developers and system admins with significant access to key systems. Adding it to Patch My PC would help us and other orgs keep their toolchains up to date and installed from known-good sources.
