Tailscale is a mesh, "zero config" VPN based on Wireguard. Supports SSO and MFA. It's meant to be quick and easy to set up and configure, while still being secure.

tailscale is brilliant but updates very frequently and adding it to the list of supported apps by PatchMyPC would be very helpful!
