Language Support for RUSSIAN (RU-ru) for Firefox

Current patches for firefox are not applicable to ru-ru firefox ESR

Current patches for MSSQL MS are applicable to ru-ru MSSQL MS, but setup fails or language partially changes to en-us

Current patches for WINRAR are applicable to ru-ru winrar, but language changes to en-us

    Please create other request for each other products. Re-naming to " Language Support for RUSSIAN (RU-ru) for Firefox" and marking planned for firefox.

    Adobe Reader DC need russian language

    This is the best app for checking and installing updates, but in Russia, very few people use English, so the time that this program saves (a lot of time) has to be spent on reinstalling the language.
