I think it would be very cool, if a previous version of an application would be kept in the catalog so in case of new issue, a roll-back to the last version could be made.

Once the above retention functionality is developed, then you can follow this process to perform rollback in Intune:
In case of a bug and the need for a rollback, managing the downgrade to the previous version can be challenging. Sometimes, you need to uninstall the buggy version before installing the older, working version.
It would be great to handle this in a managed sequence: first, uninstall the current buggy version, then install the old working version.
This process should be similar to the 'uninstall first' configuration in PMPC deployment."
