Microsoft .NET Updates

Hi, can we please get Microsoft .NET Updates. I have alot to update and we soley use Intune and Windows Update for Business which does not deploy these. I have seen reference to this beeing available in WSUS however this is not in use in our environment, we soley use Window Update for Business.
