An optional NuGet (.nupkg) output per application/version (with install/uninstall scripts and metadata) would allow customers to:
Use PMPC as the authoritative upstream app/version source
Deploy updates to servers via pull‑based, scheduled mechanisms
Avoid DIY packaging or community scripts
Maintain change control and ring‑based rollout without WSUS
Work with server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 via NuGet
This would not replace existing PMPC deployment models, only extend them by adding an additional artifact/output format. PMPC would remain responsible for curation and packaging quality; execution would remain customer‑controlled.
This capability would significantly help hybrid and server‑heavy environments while preserving PMPC’s core value.

Just to clarify, we are talking specifically about the CLI, as the Package Manager itself is included in Visual Studio and Rider.
