Webex Meetings is the new name for Webex Productivity Tools.  Webex Teams is Cisco's answer to Slack and Microsoft Teams. 

Both products update quite frequently with Webex Teams sometimes updating multiple times a week.  Also, the download link for Webex Meetings is for version 39.3.0.582 while the version offered to an active account through the support link is for version 39.6.4.3.

Would love to have this available if you are able to find a better update location.

I can't find an independent download for WebexProductivityTools, and the icons in Outlook appear to be the same, so either they're the same or the productivity tools are installed when you install the windows desktop version of Webex.  

In any case, probably OK to merge...
