Hey Jason, I have only ever deployed the latest MSI as it gets updated whenever a patch is released. Actually, the latest MSI is currently showing 12.0.89. Let me test out upgrading an old version to the latest via MSI without performing a removal to ensure it works as expected, and I will report back.
Is this really accurate? “Each patch must be installed individually and in sequence”? So if I’ve got 12.0.70 installed and want to get to 12.0.88, I have to apply every single patch in between? That’s… not great. Most vendors just give you the latest patch that works regardless of your starting version. This may be problematic and prevent us from adding to the PMPC catalog at this time.
Another vote for this one. We are in the process of migrating from Scappman and this app exists in the catalog https://portal.scappman.com/app-list/app-details/1283
Appreciate the links. I’ll take another look at the app within the next week or so.
The base installers can be downloaded here: https://support.texthelp.com/help/readwrite-software-downloads
Could someone share the base installer for the application? While we've located the available patches here: https://support.texthelp.com/help/readwrite-for-windows-patch-downloads, we're unable to conduct proper testing without access to the full base installation.
Although Read&Write has a built-in self updater that can be enabled it is not always reliable, PMPC would be a much more efficient way of updating this product please. MSP's are provided by the vendor.
Hi, just wondering what the progress is on this ticket? Is there any timeline or progression?
We have a customer really keen to use the product and we are waiting on this addition to your system.
Thank you

Most users will be installing it as a stand-alone product licensed via Azure or Google Workspace, making it a perfect option for PMPC.
I will be adding a request for Equatio as well. I would appreciate any upvotes for that one.
