Xibo is a great digital signage tool. For windows, it relies on an agent. It would be great to have it published and maintained with PMPC

The player itself is also available on github under releases eg latest https://github.com/xibosignage/xibo-dotnetclient/releases/tag/4R402
https://xibosignage.com/docs/setup/xibo-for-windows-installation is the docs for the MSI installation, https://xibosignage.com/downloads for the download. Looks like the download link itself relies on an API call
