The beA Security Client package was a nice addition to support lawyers here in Germany. They need to authenticate via a smartcard and a special reader to use it though. This Application should include the necessary drivers and software for the reader to work.
The provided silent install switches are from a 3rd party site, but that is what is linked in the REINER SCT documentation here.

For silent Install:
dp_1_4_0.exe /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /FORCECLOSEAPPLICATIONS
Desktop Shortcut has to be removed after the installation.
For silent uninstall:
"C:\Program Files\REINER SCT\DriverPackage\unins000.exe" /SILENT /LOG
or
"C:\Program Files\REINER SCT\DriverPackage\unins000.exe" /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /FORCECLOSEAPPLICATIONS /LOG
