Add ASG Remote Desktop to Updates and Applications. There is a new EXE file each year and several patches throughout the year. These are all released on a trial basis and only active if you provide a license.XML file. It would be fantastic to have the updated EXE files automatically downloaded and installed via Patch My PC. There is a version for both x86 and x64. There are also versions that include SQL Express and do not include SQL Express.

Just for info, ASG/Rocket is not very happy to be updated when the program is running, so this program would very much like to have the function "Manage Conflicting Processes"
Thanks PMPC for picking this application back up! It is very timely as I was beginning to create a process for updating this manually. You probably already know this but it would be great if the updates would branch off at major versions. The reason being that the database on the backend needs to be updated at each major version. This would allow us to safely update and then enable the next major version once we have been able to coordinate the database upgrade. Many thanks!

Some pages already redirect to rocketsoftware, I assume they are going to rename it in with release 2023 as well.

We run an older version which is called "ASG remote Desktop 2020 (x64)" in Apps and Features in Windows.
Oh, and it looks like the company was just bought up by Rocket Software and it's now called "Rocket Remote Desktop"

How do people refer to this app when mentioning it?
Is it ASG Remote Desktop 2022 or ASG Remote Desktop 15?
Thanks to Frederik's message, we will add it now, and limit it to a specific major version, then add a separate app next year.
On update to a newer major version, the database format can be updated if the user has the permissions to do it. This could be a problem if the database is centralized and under change control.
At a minimum, divide this into major versions.
