I would like to be able to initiate a manual sync of PatchMyPC via command line for scripting purposes. Also, after initiating this sync, I would like to be able to query for the last synchronization results to determine if it was successful or not so that I can action on it.

This is available in build 1.5.4 using: PatchMyPC-Settings.exe /SyncNow
