We already do copy-forward of dependencies today, so if you manually configure a dependency in Intune, we will carry it forward when we create a new version. The ability to configure the dependency from within the Patch My PC Portal will be available very early 2025.
If this feature is implemented in a similar fashion to the Publisher (aka OnPrem), it's important customers can create deployments without specifying assignments; otherwise there may be a brief period of time between the package being published and deployed to devices, before the admin can create the dependency relationship.
A workaround to this is to create an assignment to an empty/test/dummy security group, but that is a clunky user experience.
Preferably, allow the user to create the dependency relationship at the same time as completing the wizard to create the deployment in portal.patchmypc.com.
Thanks guys!

This is a core feature in intune, please prioritize this.
Is there any ETA available for this feature?
