Add ZScaler 4.2 and 4.4 Version Tracks to Support Products Catalog

Zscaler has three different version "tracks" and the PMPC Catalog currently only offers versions of the 4.3.X.X track. Zscaler is providing new versions of 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 as separate products.

zscaler downlevel option

While we use zscaler we are using the -1 downlevel version. The app you made updates to the latest and we need a way to not use the latest but the one we download and use. IS this possible? I wish it were not this way here but sadly it is for us.
