Allow ability to append paremeters to uninstaller Merged

Creating a custom app for Adobe Creative Cloud, and the UninstallString registry key does not contain the silent uninstall parameter (there is no silentuninstallstring reg key).

I have seen this with several other apps, where the uninstall reg isn;t valid for a silent removal. Would be great if you could either define your own uninstall string. or at least append characters to the uninstall string, like you can with the install one.
