This feature can be useful for companies that are not MSPs, but have subsidiaries with their own, individual tenants.
Allowing customers to add multiple environments within the PMPC Cloud portal within the same company can be useful in such cases.
We have a Test and Production tenant of Intune, with an application stack of over 150. Both tenants need to be aligned with the same stack of applications. In config Manager, for on-prem, we have one instance that connects to 3 endpoint domains (Dev, Test & Prod) all managed from 1 stack of applications.
We have 4 tenants and 7500 endpoints across the 4 tenants and multitenancy would be an incredible addition to the Platform.
Currently looking into our Sandbox environment and getting it like for like with our production environment, so this would be a massive feature for us. Any idea on when this could be worked on?
