Add WinZip 29 to the PMPC catalog

Good News! WinZip 29 has been added to the catalog as of yesterday - https://patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-catalog-update-10-29-24
We are currently investigating an issue where WinZip 29 fails to install running as the SYSTEM account in Intune. The vendor is aware of the issue and has offered us a possible solution. We are in the process of testing and will provide updates on our findings.
FWIW We license Winzip by licnese file. It's nice to have a separate entry per version so I can control the version more easily. Using the "Latest" release will upgrade the major version which may be undersirable due to lacking the license file for that specific version. Open to other ways of controlling this, perhaps pre-scripts.
