Visual Indicator for Software Requiring MCP Activation Merged

In the OnPrem Publisher, there's a visual icon that helps customers identify which software is recommended to have the "Manage Conflicting Processes" (MCP) option enabled.

Please create a similar visual indicator for the Cloud portal.
