Just like we have today on the Publisher, a visual flag/icon for app that actually do need to be closed to be updated seems like a very good addition. Some companies simply do not want or cannot have a Win32 app deployed as Required for the whole org. So let's make our customers life easier and rather than "forcing" them to go into another page (https://patchmypc.com/manage-conflicting-processes-when-updating-third-party-applications#topic4) to check individually each of the apps, let's just add a small visual to let them know if they need to close something or not in order for it to be updated.
