Note: Runtime requirement: Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
We have users that do not need Visual Studio in its entirety but do benefit from Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Applications. Azure DevOps "Open in Excel" functionality relies on this component.
