LibreOffice help is via a separate program that currently isn't included.
Additionally, LibreOffice itself & the help are both language dependant, so need to be for the Windows language that's in use

Patch My PC - Home Updater v.5.2.3.0 shows the wrong language of the "LibreOffice Help Pack" on my pc.
In the "My App" list the updater shows "LibreOffice Help Pack (English-US)". This is wrong.
Installed is "LibreOffice Help Pack (German)".
