Windows 10 1809 x64 German
installed MS PowerBi in English, the Updates install a German MS PowerBi
please seperate the language from the Update (see Firefox ESR)

Hello,
PowerBI will by default install or update in the language of the Operating System. MS mentions this here. The command line option for setting the language is simply LANGUAGE as discussed in the docs here
The PowerBI installer itself only has one version which is a multi-language install.
The language of the UI for PowerBI is a per-user setting that can be adjusted in the registry if you'd like.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Power BI Desktop > UICulture
If this property, UICulture, does not exist then it defaults to the OS language.
You can also set this at the system level
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Power BI Desktop > UICulture
