We have been loving the Autodesk patching. Another package we would love to see is Autodesk Fabrication. We use:

Fabrication CAMduct
Fabrication ESTmep

Good News! Autodesk Fabrication CADmep 2022 & 2023 updates have been added to the catalog as of yesterday - https://patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-catalog-update-01-30-25
We are currently unable to add the 2024 and 2025 versions. The vendor has used a different EXE installer type that requires extraction before a silent install can be performed. Unfortunately, we do not support this installer type at this time.
Fabrication CAMduct and Fabrication ESTmep seem to be available exclusively through resellers, and we currently lack access to the installation media and updates for these applications. Custom Apps would be the currently workaround.
