Add an alert when a new version of an app is published that references an MST

Quite often, vendors will require customers to generate a new version of an MST when they release a newer version of their product. If customers are not aware that the MST needs to be re-generated from a newer version of the software, it can result in installation errors

The idea here is to add a line in the notification(s) when we see an MST file being used for an app, to prompt the customer to test the MST is still working with the newer version of the app that was just published.

Applies to Publisher and PMPC Cloud

Thank you - I've noted this Feature Request and will discuss with the Development team if it's possible and should be taken into consideration or if more Clarification is needed.

A scripted validation that the structure of the MST still matches the structure of the latest MSI (Orca.exe can do this but there are probably better tools). And notify the customer when the structure has changed.

Eg, Snagit changed structure between v25 and v26 breaking our deployments but dot-point upgrades within the version do not require a new MST
