I really was hoping for a different outcome for this one, but unfortunately there are some restrictions with the way the MAC OS install file (.dmg) gets interpreted by the system which prevents it from deploying properly via Intune, and prevents an automated or silenced install.
The way this "Install" file was created, requires a manual second step to start the install, since when run, the dmg file simply extracts the files and stops there.
Tenable has stated that they do not provide support for deploying Nessus Agent product via Intune.

According to reddit and other forums, it seems like the public has been asking for a .PKG file from Tenable for a while so hopefully they will provide one .... and soon!
