Version 11 and 12 of the ESET Management Agent have been released for some time but are not available options within PMPC.
Good News! ESET Management Agent 11 & 12 have been added to the catalog as of yesterday - https://patchmypc.com/catalog-release/2025/06-05-25/

Version 10x is in Limited Support and should be upgraded, if I'm reading this page correctly. https://help.eset.com/protect_install/12.0/en-US/windows.html
