Version 11 and 12 of the ESET Management Agent have been released for some time but are not available options within PMPC.
Current URL in my PMPC console for ESET Remote Administrator (x64) is: https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/era/agent/v10/latest/agent_x64.msi
Version 10x is in Limited Support and should be upgraded, if I'm reading this page correctly. https://help.eset.com/protect_install/12.0/en-US/windows.html
