When viewing the list of applications in the App Library in list mode, it would be great to have a short description of the purpose of each app and what that app does. This would save a user from having to google the name of every single app.
We released an update today (version 5.3.0.0) that will show an "Open Web Page" button in the applications hamburger menu. This will only be clickable if the application has a help link in it's add and remove programs. Here's what it looks like for ShareX for example. I strongly agree and in fact on the old version of Patch my PC, I believe (as does Giorgio Cernieri below) that we did have this summary of apps, so we didn't have to go elsewhere to find it.
The idea of a weblink to the app website is also a good thought. Please bring it back.

I agree, we should be able to not only see a description, but also a weblink to the app website would be nice.
It would be helpful when exploring the library for new apps.

yes this is an excellent idea.
It was present in the previous version together with a brief description and the link to the relative home page, if the description was too laborious to put, at least the link to the home page would be very useful. thanks
This was there in the earlier version. Useful. Please add to the latest version.
Along with a link to the app website. There are so many apps with similar names, it's difficult to sort them out.
