Global Server team uses Windirstat to identify large pockets of easily removable data to combat data growth. Currently they download it local and then re-up load it to the server they're working on. Would like to be able to push it as a required install and host in Software Center as an available.
Windirstat does not include a version number for the Add\Remove Programs registry key entry. This prevents our current detection methods from working properly as we rely on the DisplayVersion for detection. Also, this installer creates shortcuts in the user profile so when running as SYSTEM they are not visible to users. Unfortunately, this app is a no-go.
I just wanted to let you all know we haven't forgotten about this request. We are working through some others at the moment that more unique customers are following. If any others come across this idea, please vote it up if it's one you would like to see added.
Good News! WinDirStat has been added to the catalog as of yesterday - https://patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-catalog-update-10-24-24
@Jason Bergner with the release of the new WinDirStat version can you verify if they fixed the problems that are preventing PMPC support?
Latest version: WinDirStat 2.0.3

Our company uses this, and we ideally want it on PMPC.
Any update on this one?
:)

I'm out of votes, but our IT team definitely uses this!
