Kubernetes provides a command line tool for communicating with a Kubernetes cluster's control plane, using the Kubernetes API.
This tool is named kubectl.
Many organisations have dev houses that use this tool. In world where we try to limit admin access, being able to deploy apps such as kubectl would be a huge win.
