SAP GUI on MacOS has been difficult to deploy for us (intune only, no jamf).
We are not versed in MacOS automation as your talented team is... :(
If we could upload SAP GUI's install files for PMPC to pick up, your script could detect the CPU manufacturer (intel or apple), then install the corresponding Java pre-req before the main install...
