The Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) is a high-performance, easy-to-use, interactive tool for the visual exploration of genomic data. It supports integration of all common types of genomic data and metadata, and is used extensively at Newcastle University's Medical School on their teaching computer cluster.
It uses the INNO installer and has silent switch options, and requires Java to work. Installer download options include a non-Java and Java bundled option.
We’re unable to add this application because it lacks an uninstall registry key (ARP entry), which we rely on for detection. Specifically, the required DisplayName and Version values are missing. We recommend reaching out to the vendor to have them address this issue and include the necessary registry information in future builds.
