It would be nice to have an editable "notes" field for each application/update in the PMPC Publishing service.
Future-Me would really appreciate it being able to look at the notes when he wonders in three years why Present-Me excluded updates of such-and-such application from being published, or why a subordinate wrote a pre/post script for an application.
