I'm aware this is in preview release but a few issues I've noticed around device state, especially around the client installs/reporting back in:
We've pushed the client to multiple device but found even though 1 device has successfully installed the client through Intune (and its on the device) but it hasn't reported into the PMPC portal, is it possible to have visibility of reported success installs of clients that have not reported into the PMPC portal under Advanced Insights? With a very large amount of clients we cant regularly check for devices that haven't reported in that have the client installed. We know part of this is a support issue to resolve why this hasn't checked in, but a feature request for some sort of visibility would be useful so we know there is a device that needs looking at.
Lastly, generally can we have some visibility on when a client last checked in to PMPC portal that has a client installed?
@Ashley - to answer your second question, you can see Last Check In time for your clients under Advanced Insights > Home > Client Version > Hamburger menu > Last check-in time. That's also where you can manually delete clients you no longer need. (We're working on doing this in a more automated way in the future.)
