Add remaining JetBrains ARM variants (DataSpell, dotCover, dotMemory, dotPeek, dotTrace, Resharper, GoLand, IntelliJ IDEA, PHPStorm, PyCharm, Rider, RubyMine, RustRover, Toolbox, WebStorm)

We only have ARM versions of CLion and DataGrip currently. Please can we add:

  • DataSpell

  • dotCover/dotMemory/dotPeek/dotTrace/Resharper

  • GoLand

  • IntelliJ IDEA

  • PHPStorm

  • PyCharm

  • Rider

  • RubyMine

  • RustRover

  • Toolbox

  • WebStorm

As of 2025 versions, the x64 variants are no longer installable on ARM. x64 versions of 2024 and below are installable on ARM, but not preferred - so when the ARM versions are added, the x64 ones can be locked down to x64 only.
