Microsoft occasionally releases Windows Out-of-Band (OOB) updates that are not distributed through the standard Windows Update channels and are therefore not available via Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
These OOB updates can still be deployed using Microsoft Intune by packaging and distributing them through the Intune Company Portal. The following article outlines the manual process required to do this:

Automating this workflow in Patch My PC would be a valuable enhancement. It would allow organizations to deploy Windows OS OOB patches in a supported and repeatable way, without having to manually create and maintain custom IntuneWin packages.
This feature would significantly reduce administrative overhead and help ensure timely deployment of critical OOB updates.
