Currently, the MSP invoice we receive for our customers bears the company name. When creating the invoice, we make sure to use the format “internal abbreviation” - “company name.”
However, if customers have access to the PatchMyPC Cloud Portal themselves, they can change the name freely. This can lead to unnecessary additional work in billing.
An additional field that we as MSP can fill in and that appears on the invoice would therefore be very helpful.
