Genesys Cloud just released a 64 bit desktop app version. Our org wants to utilize this version since a lot of our users have intermittent issues with the 32 bit version.
We've also been informed by Genesys at my work that eventually only the 64 bit app will be available since there are known issues with the memory limitations of the 32 bit app.
