Cisco Jabber - Add 30 minute countdown before killing process and defer option Merged

Adding a timer/countdown and deferral option to all applications would be nice. Especially for Jabber, because someone may be in the middle of a call when the application upgrades. We currently use the App Deploy Toolkit to allow them to defer and there is a 30 minutes countdown that will close the processes when they are away from their desk and not on a call. The option to not install if processes are running only results in the application never getting updated because it is set to run at startup and constantly runs.
