Add Rufus Merged

I'm requesting that you add the rufus app.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to add Rufus to our catalog at this time because it is a portable application. Portable apps do not create an uninstall registry key (ARP entry), including the required DisplayName and DisplayVersion values that our detection scripts rely on.

    We also do not yet support Microsoft Store applications, as the Publisher does not currently support the installation or detection capabilities required for MSIX packages. Support for MSIX functionality is on our roadmap for later this year.
