In the interest of making things clean and readable. Adding a prefix or suffix to the app name makes things messy. If we could have an option to instead set the "notes" field (in settings->naming) for application deployments in intune that would give admins an easy way to see the deployment source without pushing unneeded terminology to end users.
Thank you - we've read and noted this Feature Request. We triage and stack rank based on customer demand (Vote counts), resourcing and other factors and will update the status if/when this Feature makes progress.
For those following this, it is possible to set the "Notes" field in the Cloud Portal using Templates.
We'll continue tracking this idea for the Publisher.
