I guess this might be a copy of https://ideas.patchmypc.com/ideas/PATCHMYPC-I-4206, but i am looking for a means to provide a span of versions (configurable by us in the console - perhaps just the same as using the retention period?) of i.e.
This would be a self-service scenario where users can choose the version they need to install... but thanks to the packages being created by PMPC, we don't have to package the new version every time it comes out, and we don't have to retire the older versions as they fall off from the preferred retention period, but we still allow users to choose which version they want from a reasonable list of recent versions of <insert application here> to install from.
The specific example is Power BI Report Builder, wherein the users are reliant on our SQL Team to update the server side, and CANNOT upgrade to the latest version of Power BI Report Builder until such time as the associated server they care about is manually updated by the SQL Team otherwise the software won't work.
In that scenario i'd like to be able to just have versions available for them to choose from themselves, because they know which version they need.
