Add ability to filter compliance reporting to updates that are being deployed

Adding the ability to show total compliance for updates that are actually deployed, and/or updates that were released before a specific date would make compliance reporting much more useful. If an organization only syncs and deploys patches once per month, the current compliance metrics are not very useful as they include patches that may not be deployed, and patches that were released after the deployment date required by the organization that month.
