Control or Disabling built-in AI capabilities for apps and updates through a custom Setting

In the same way, we can "disable self-updater" on Applications which have it.

Would it be possible to develop a setting that allows us to "Control or disable built-in AI capabilities for apps and updates"?

Applications like Adobe Reader now include AI chat internally; we need to block this for data loss prevention and security reasons. Currently, we are doing it manually using single Application policies.
