      Updates here:

      First, in response to a previous comment, RingCentral Phone on mobile is being discontinued. The Desktop version is still staying. Furthermore, that's not what this request was for.

      Additionally, Glip was renamed to RingCentral Classic. I've updated the title and filled out fields accordingly.

      There is a new RingCentral App (eventually will replace Classic) that someone requested here: https://ideas.patchmypc.com/ideas/PATCHMYPC-I-975

      I commented there with links to the needed info. Justin and team, if that request wasn't formatted correctly, let me know and I'll create a new/duplicate with the correct into (I can't edit that one since I didn't make it).

      As far as prioritization and more info, RingCentral Classic is the most widely-used of the two but the new RingCentral App will eventually replace it. No exact timeline provided yet.

      RC Phone is being discontinued as of this fall. Is RingCentral App/Glip support possible?

      I just wanted to let you all know we haven't forgotten about this request. We are working through some others at the moment that more unique customers are following. If any others come across this idea, please vote it up if it's one you would like to see added.

      @Justin I've updated the original post with new offline install links. It appears they switched from generic download repo addresses to a version-specific direct download, meaning the only static address is https://success.ringcentral.com/lc/cms/downloads. Not sure if that affects PMPC's Publishing Service or not.

      @Justin

      "Glip" is the legacy name of RingCentral's chat/collaboration tool, which now has eponymous name "RingCentral" officially.

      Many of the internal systems that RingCentral uses are still called Glip, and many of us IT pros still call it Glip to avoid confusion with RingCentral's other products, such as their cloud PBX system or the Meetings app. "RingCentral Glip" is just a means to differentiate it.

      The links I provided in the original posting are for the MSI installers for RingCentral from https://support.ringcentral.com/s/download

      See the attached image to see from where the links were sourced.

      Does this product install of RingCentral?

      How is Glip different than RingCentral for example?

      Giving this a bump. Should be a pretty easy application to integrate. Meetings and Phone are already in there.

      Additionally, the msiexec switches I reference do not work with the EXE installer.

      @Edgar No it has not. Your links are for the EXE installer. The ones I posted are for the MSI. MSI installers are generally preferred for SCCM.
